Deep groove ball bearing

Deep groove ball bearings are the most widely used type of bearing and are particularly versatile. Thanks to the friction reduction function, optimized for low noise and vibration, high rotation speeds are enabled. Withstands loads in both directions: radial and axial. This group of bearings is easy to install and requires less maintenance than other types.

Tapered roller bearing

This type of bearing has tapered rollers, designed to withstand loads in both axial and radial directions. Tapered roller bearings are often used in applications that require heavy load capacity, such as in pelleting systems in the pellet industry, industrial machinery and other heavy equipment.

Spherical roller bearing

Consists of two rows of convex cylindrical rollers arranged symmetrically, helping to distribute the load evenly across the contact surface. The outer ring has a spherical surface, allowing self-adjustment in the event of axial misalignment or deformation. Can withstand large loads in the radial load while supporting moderate axial loads.

Universal Joint

Designed to transmit torque between shafts with angular misalignment, helping to ensure stable operation of the drive system. Suitable for applications requiring transmission between misaligned shafts with different misalignment angles. Frequently used in means of transport.

Pillow block

The bearing is usually a solidly structured box with built-in bearings (UC), allowing for stable and safe installation of the rotating shaft.  In particular, support bearings are divided into many groups to meet many different directions of movement. (UCP, UCF, UKP, UKF, UCT, UCFL,..)

Thrust bearing

Rubber bearings are a type of bearing that operates based on friction between sliding surfaces instead of using rolling elements (such as balls or rollers). With appropriate design and selected manufacturing materials, scrubbing bearings can operate stably in harsh environments, withstanding strong impacts and vibrations.

Tapered roller thrust bearing

Spherical roller bearings typically have components that include a circularly shaped part (drum) and a symmetrical contact surface. This structure allows the contact surface to form a circular arc, contributing to even force distribution. The specialized design helps spherical bearings withstand large malfunction loads (axial loads).

V-cogged belt

A toothed belt is a type of transmission belt designed with teeth that cut exactly into the grooves on the pulley, helping to drive synchronously and accurately without slipping. The tooth design helps the wire withstand bending impacts more than smooth wire and dissipate heat better than smooth wire.

V belt

A plain belt is a type of drive belt that operates mainly based on friction between the surface of the belt and the pully wheel. Plain belts have a smooth surface for smooth transmission but also require precise tension to avoid slipping. Simple design, helps save production and maintenance costs.

Timing belt

The teeth on the wire mesh perfectly with the gears, helping to maintain synchronization between parts in the system, especially important for applications requiring high precision. Usually made from abrasion-resistant rubber reinforced with synthetic fibers such as fiberglass or polyester.

Lubricant

Lubricants help transfer heat quickly, create a thin film between contact surfaces, reduce friction, prevent overheating and limit wear and tear of parts during operation. Helps machines run smoothly, consume less energy and increase overall efficiency.
